The question on everyone's mind.. is this RC?

Hi! I’m probably not as smart as the regulars here but me thinks if this was the RC, then we would have had a full multi-gigabyte download (for a full iOS install and not an update) vs the few hundred mb size of today’s release. Plus this is a “b” release.

P.S. This release is working fine for me so far on my iPhone and an iPad Pro. Not having any issues! 😃

I think you miss the BEST feature of 16.4. The ability to use a shortcut to restart iPhone, hence you can tell Siri to do it or even have it right there on Home Screen.

Just watched a content creator's review of this latest beta & she came right out & said battery life is pretty horrible. She also said it looked like Apple is at the tail end of adding new features. So this means refinements starting next iOS major release = 16.5?

Hopefully by Summer is when this iOS version will be as it should have been last September, which is why I said going from iOS 15 to 16 would be Summer at the earliest for me. I don't know though, the battery readings with this beta were frankly terrible in the video I watched with an iPhone 14 Max, so I have little hope for vast improvements with this most important part of what I am waiting for.

Thats good to know but the thing about RC is that you are then not stuck in beta jail where you can’t use it as your main machine for certain tasks like publishing on App Store.

Official launch date for Apple Pay in South Korea is March 21 local time.
