Still holding off on Monterey on my M1 MBA until it becomes more stable. I really hope 12.4 fixes a lot of the annoying glitches and lags and battery drain issues I’ve seen reported around here because I would like to be running the current OS but my MBA is really good on Big Sur so I’m skittish on taking the chance until I know things are worked out.

Safari (MacOS 12.3 beta seems to have a finite time period to download images otherwise it doesn't load some webpages. Right now I am not seeing it happening. Usually during day it has more issues with this URL.

But if I still go to the largest image size reload and then spin track ball down I can see Safari unable to fully draw the bottommost jpegs as fast as the top ones. Comparably you look at the same URL with Firefox 97.01, reload page, and scroll down fast all those same images show almost no latency with the redraw. It's that much quicker.

Safari should be more optimized, it's slower than Firefox in loading all content on pages with lots of graphics , and that contributes to some webpages failing to appear completely, partially and sometimes barely anything.

Also note I am doing this on a 24" iMac with default resolution.
Tried using a Mac mini M1, lowest spec and Mac Pro, neither had a single issue with that page. I use Safari daily, and not once encounter anything like you're describing. Sorry, as that won't help you.

I'm getting an error message re: private relay...I haven't had an error with any other beta version. No changes/new installs other than today's rev. It's the 'incompatible system settings' message. Has anyone else experienced this with today's version or encountered/fixed it in the past?
I just installed public release of 12.3, and now I'm seeing incompatible system settings message. But nothing has changed on my system since before today!

if you have any VPN installed - even if it's not active - that may be the issue. I had PIA installed but not turned on. As soon as I removed PIA everything worked. mail started loading images as well.
