If you are not seeing the 1.1 beta update over the air uninstall the beta profile and then reinstall the beta profile. This worked for me.

"fixes an installation issue that developers encountered when trying to install the first iOS 9.3 beta.",

You would only see this update if you didn't install the first beta successfully or at all.
Still can't install the "updated" version on a iPhone 6s Plus. iPad installed easy; I brink the phone every time I install. ???

I'm having the same problem with the PB on an iPad 2 (not iPad Air). The error is that it cannot reach the Authentication Server. Trying to authenticate through iTunes doesn't work either. Now I'm on my third and final attempt to do it. If it doesn't work, I'll go back to 9.2

Just wait. I had the logo thing too on 9.3 Beta 1, but after an hour it was finished. Don't know exactly how long it took. Just had it connect to the charger and when I came back it was at the lock screen.

***** Public Beta users BEWARE! *****

I installed the Public Beta on my iPhone 6s and I have been experiencing massive battery drain. Did a full overnight charge with an official Apple charger, took it off the charger at 9am and just used it to view a few apps. Drained to 30% by 11am.

***BATTERY HOT***

The back of the iPhone is extremely hot now. I have reported the issue to Apple via the feedback and sent my reports. Downgrading and removing the public beta now.

BE WARNED!

Ohhh. Battery issue. Better waiting for iOS 9.4 official.

And I have great interest to see how Apple will implement something similar to f.lux. If the result is acceptable, then here is one less reason to jailbreak. Indeed.

Battery life is great for me

Got 44 hours total the other day and I'm on 41 hours with 47% left now

Agreed. Installed without a hitch, but within minutes the battery became noticeably HOT (even after closing all apps and a reboot). Logging feedback and reverting.... cheers!

Back on IOS 9.2 and even upgraded to public release of 9.2.1 - no further battery issues to report so it wasn't a hardware issue.

Ipad 3 bricked [rebooting on Apple Logo] and currently trying to do DFU update back to 9.2.1 .

9.2.1 is taking a really long time to download, says 24 minutes for just 750M left to dl.
