They still haven't fixed the one where some emails appear doubled in Mail until you click out of a mailbox and back into it.

It's intermittent, I can't find what's causing it, it only affects a few of my clients, but of course they're the ones who find it absolutely infuriating. I've rebuilt mailboxes on the server, I've trashed every bit of Mail's data on the computers and reconfigured the accounts, I'm convinced this is an Apple bug.

Hi, I use Mail with two accounts, one of them works fine and the other shows the newest email in inbox even though when I archive it. No matter the times I archive it, it still appears in inbox. Quite weird.

Apple's hardware reliability has gotten a lot better since moving from intel. Though, Bluetooth on the Mac mini and Mac Studio is shockingly terrible with ambient noise and range, especially compared to their other products.
I have SMB issues. And when using Screen Sharing to access Mac mini server the remote window screen freezes and the fans on my iMac spin up. I have a 10Gbe connection to that Mac mini server so... plenty of bandwidth. Seems to be something about my local Bluetooth mouse.

Error when accessing Hide my email on mac, anyone else?

I got this when accessing it via Settings -> Profile pic -> iCloud -> Hide my emails.

However, I can access it without this error via Settings -> Internet Accounts -> iCLoud -> Hide my emails.

If you SSH into the remote computer, then do "sudo killall -9 screensharingd", you should be able to reconnect. I found that I was able to make screen sharing more reliable by deleting all the port forwarding in my router (someone suggested it, and it weirdly helped). Not sure if that can help you, of if you even have any rules.

Has anyone ever discovered a way for Mail windows to open in approximately the same place on one's screen? I've tried quitting mail while a message window is where I want it, I've even tried restarting the entire machine with a message window open -- and still they seem to pop open wherever they feel like it.

Do you mean this?Safari” > “Preferences” > “Tabs” and check the box next to “Show website icons in tabs" This is separate vs compact view toggling.
No, I mean for the favourites bar to show them as icons only as in the change notes

Safari Favorites Bar adds an option to show only icons for websites

Right click in the favorite bar and choose show icons only, other choices are show text only beside the normal icon and text.

I see what's happening, I guess for some reason this isn't part of Safari Tech Preview despite being a newer build, which only shows the old "show icons" selection, but unchecking that just removes the icons and leaves the spaces, the opposite of what I want

In Safari stable, the setting is there as being able to unselect show titles, but it's once per each favourite, no universal setting? Ugh of course they would bork this somehow
