That was it!@alxfg: I found out that my beta profile was deleted (however) and I had to reregister.
No, just Bonzi Buddy.Does this give us the Microsoft paperclip?
Isn't that just using the iPhone to toggle the setting on the iPods?- Optimized battery charging for AirPods to slow the rate of battery aging by reducing the time your AirPods spends fully charged
Who charges their AirPods from their iPhone? I don't.
I had the same problem. I fixed it by making safari default to the "mobile website" instead of the "desktop website" . (click the AA next to the safari search bar.)I deleted the public beta profile, and now it doesn't want to download the profile, because it says "iOS device required fro download".
As somebody mentioned above, it almost looks like the iPhone 12 Pro is not being recognized as being an iOS device?
Installed is 14.2 (18B5083a)
THANK YOU! (Apology for shouting but this was driving me crazy.)@alxfg: I found out that my beta profile was deleted (however) and I had to reregister.
OK, its a setting introduced on 14.2 to control how the AirPods charge in case. I have not played around 14.2.Isn't that just using the iPhone to toggle the setting on the iPods?
Nah, although you can specify that the Apple beta website (only) default to the mobile website. But I'm sure they will fix it...eventually.so actually we have to go to the "baby internet", something Steve was saying during the introduction of the original iPhone? ;-)
"And uh they typically combine a phone plus some e-mail capability, plus they say it’s the Internet. It’s sort of the baby Internet, into one device, and they all have these plastic little keyboards on them."
The Emoji set is nothing more than a typeface (font) set. There is NO REASON that an updated font table should be considered a "major" upgrade feature. And considering that fonts can now be installed on iOS from App Store apps, it makes even less sense. Apple could be releasing the Emoji updates as small OTA updates. That they don't is on Apple, and how they've decided to moronically handle emoji in their OSs.don’t blame appke for the emojis, bkame the unicode people, Apple is just implementing the standard
Emjoi's are just one set of things included in an update -- updates aren't really there simply to release new emojis. The Emoji set is nothing more than a typeface (font) set. (And seems like you need a font update… your 'l' key is being harassed by your 'k' key.)
I take it you don’t know how new emojis are made? Apple are not the ones to decide which get added.
