Apple Seeds OS X 10.7.3 Build 11D50 to Developers

Or it could be what they actually published as the reason, that Samba has adopted GPL3, and is now license-incompatible?

Quite honestly it does not mean that much to me, as a longtime fan/reader I felt like finally 'pitching in'. Certainly not looking to start a flame war
If it doesn't mean that much to you, why did you feel hurt when they didn't give you credit.
Lion is Not much Chop
I am a normal computer user. I use windows and Mac. I bought a 27 inch top of the line imac, mid 2011. It came loaded with Snow leopard out of the box. And this thing flew. Everything worked. I have since updated to Lion. Everything failed. Kernel panics, video problems, no sound, windows wouldn't close, lockups etc.
So, Full wipe, fresh install of Lion.
Still no go.
10.7.1. Didn't fix the 3 major problems that I was having however the kernel panics ceased.
10.7.2 fixed most of the other problems and bought with it FINALLY close to the speed I remember that wonderful day I took it out of the box and booted it up for the first time. But still not that fast, I have an SSD in it.
I still get a problem, when I remove my headphones from the jack, they revert to digital. They are analog headphones, the speakers in the mac don't come on. I have to perform PRAM reset to fix this. Every 3rd 4th startup, the operating system doesn't load. It just comes to the login grey screen, and when you log in, the video drivers are not injected properly. So everything is choppy and I have to reboot to fix.
I don't know how many crash reports, errors I have sent to Apple. I lost count. Tell me they listen/look at this, because 10.7.3 better hold some chop, as I am just being honest saying it like it is. I bought this imac, it worked flawlessly with snow leopard, and it's never worked properly since I put Lion on it. NEVER.

Have you tried repairing permissions?
But seriously, I've installed 10.7.0 on my Mac Pro, an older 13" MacBook unibody (pre-pro no FW800), a 2010 13" MBP and my current 2011 13" MPB and all those installs have been without issue.
TL;DR, something is going on outside of the software. Check out Trim Enabler, aside from enabling TRIM (which is something that every SSD-using mac owner should do, unless your setup prevents it) but it also provides a great SMART readout, much better than Disk Utility's.
Aside from SSD, you should check out all areas of your hardware, just to be sure.

Lion runs great (and fast) on my 2008 iMac, although some of the animations (going full screen, Launchpad) are a bit choppy.
It could be because of my graphics card (ATI Radeon 2400 XT, 128 MB) but I hope that 10.7.3 makes better use of it. Things have improved a lot in 10.7.2 (for me, that is) so I have a good feeling about this!
EDIT Yes, 10.7.3 improved the speed and smoothness of the animations! It's only the folder-opening animation in Launchpad that's a bit choppy now.
