Ever since beta 1 the TV app just shows a black screen while attempting to load. I have to force quit the app in order to get it working. This happens on both my iPhone and iPad. I hope this update fixes it.

Surely you're not running the beta on your primary device ... ?
Exactly. If you are using your daily driver with beta software and something is not functioning perfectly, the only person to blame is YOU. I use beta versions on my daily driver, but when something breaks I do not come here and whine about it because it is MY fault.

The revised watchOS beta makes it so that my watch is locked every time the screen is turned off. Great new security feature.

Surprisingly, a manual restart fixed things

Is anyone having any issues with sluggishness on this beta?

The last beta caused my safari and apps to slow down massively and had to reset the whole phone so a little reluctant to uodate.

The ONLY thing I give a crap about is whether they plan to ever address the THOROUGHLY CORRUPT text input system that deletes last letters of words when you dare to add a hyphen or period, replaces your own corrections with entire words crammed into existing words, randomly refuses to let you tap to place the cursor, adds an “n” to the letter “a” for no reason at all, etc. Text input is a damned NIGHTMARE with this company anymore and it’s utterly insane that they have left it this way for almost a YEAR.

I’m running 26.3 on my 17 pro and I have the same bug with shortcuts not finding notes by name.
That’s interesting. I’ve used this same shortcut for years and it only started being a problem on 26.4. I wonder if they’ve messed with something on the backend of either the app or iCloud.

Do we really need RCS? because I think there still would be a gap in security. Android is to open source.Although has improved on their security but, by it still being open source it still gives room for black hat hackers to create security holes.

I don't think you understand Open Source if you believe that.

Supporting RCS is a good thing as it allows rich comminication accross platforms. My group of friends and family run both Apple and Android so it's very useful - though most of the time we use WhatsApp.

i see your point but do u not agree it could make the iPhone more vulnerable to exploits? Also I am open to discussion everything is a learning experience give me your thoughts on it all opinion are welcome.
