Apple today seeded the second beta of an upcoming tvOS 15.3 update to developers for testing purposes, with the software coming three weeks after the first beta and a month after the release of tvOS 15.2.

Developers can download the new tvOS 15.3 beta by downloading a profile onto the ‌Apple TV‌ using Xcode.

tvOS updates are often minor in scale, focusing on under-the-hood bug fixes and improvements rather than major outward-facing changes. We don't yet know what's included in the tvOS 15.3 update, but we'll update this article should anything new be found.

Though we don't often know what's new in tvOS during the beta testing process, we let MacRumors readers know when new updates are available so those who are developers can download it upon release.

So whats your work around with that huge collection of iTunes content?
What I'm doing is just using an iTunes Movies app and go to Purchased section. I really hope that Apple will fix the Library in their TV app soon. Not sure at what number the issue starting to happen, but I think I started noticed the issue when I had somewhere in 2K.

Thanks for the last tidbit, my collection is only a few hundred. I think the Apple TV + app is encompassing too much, Its own streaming content, multiple channels, accessing your iTunes purchases, likely it is memory limited and that is why the library database fails beyond so many items.

Does the library also act up on your Mac ATV+ app or on your 4K TV ATV+ app?

Now that I have about 3.4k movies, whenever I try to load the Library page in Apple TV app, it will eventually just show Family Share page without any of my movies. I agree with you that the app is trying to do too many things and it's overload.

My library is showing fine when using the TV app on both Mac and iPhone. Though the latter took over nearly a minute to load up my library.

Use Plex.

The movies are purchased from iTunes Store. Using Plex will required me to remove the DRM and that's just not really ideal situation. I only use Plex for music and some movies that I rip from my own physical media. Apple just have to fix its app. It's that simple.
Use BitTorrent.
