Usable is a far cry from bug-free.

I don’t care how many bugs it has if I can’t experience them. Problem is it has way to many bugs that can be experienced everyday by a lot of people.

And a lot of people believe iOS 13 works nicely for them. Not diminishing anybody’s experience, only saying they are varied.
