Well, wifi can be switched on or off….but the slow speeds and random disconnects weren’t addressed in 17.1.1

Holy cow! I have this issue as well! Turned off iPad and back on and those iCloud switches still OFF!!! Pretty crappy QA they have there....

Countless power off & reboot but didn't help... I previously had problem with "Significant locations" under Privacy & Security where I toggled it OFF but then few days later it automatically switched back ON. C'on Apple... lol

My issue has been with the cellular data cutting out. I have the 15pm since 22nd of September. Been to two different countries

I reached the conclusion that it is a software glitch and also the silly mobile provider can be contributing to it. It can’t be hardware since I tested the cellular data speeds in those two countries and it works extremely well reaching speeds up to 150Mbps…

Well, iPhone 16 upgrade it is then 😂😂😂

Thanks for this! Hopefully there some Apple's SE lurking here somewhere will address this for next week release. Have you try file a bug through their feedback app yet?
