I have fixed it, kinda. It was a Nord VPN option that was enabled.

Did you really think, that we didn't check our settings. Told you, it's not me alone. Have a look on that iPhone screenshot from someone else. Do you see this lovely Siri Bubble? There isn't the rainbow frame anymore.

Usually the day or week after the dev build, I think? I don't remember for sure though.

With Beta 1 the new Siri animation was present and I could also double-tap at the bottom for "Type to Siri" – both no longer work with Beta 2. It's back to the "old Siri circle" and tapping at the bottom is no longer possible. 😕

I'm having the same issues and have Nord VPN. Restoring from a back up now so I'll check that out. Any chance you can be a little more detailed in what Nord VPN option that was enabled?

It's the same with Mullvad VPN. Apple changed something at the WiFi stack and disturbs that way the VPNs from all the providers.

Update from my side: for me it worked to change both device and Siri language, restart the phone and change the language for both back, restart again, charge and connect to wifi and wait. It works again, although I miss the button for „talk to siri“ in control center, but that doesn‘t bother me. Just weird.

Edit: noob me forgot to restart my iPhone first, the „talk to siri“ control center button reappeared and everything works again like Beta 1.

Edit 2 7th March: the new Siri animation disappeared again this morning...

I installed Beta 2 yesterday, and I instantly regretted that decision. It broke all internet connections. Didn't matter if I was connected to WiFi or cellular. I had to DFU restore my phone and I can't seem to go back to Beta 1. So I am stuck waiting on Beta 3 before I can restore from a backup. DON'T INSTALL THIS BETA UPDATE!

Do you use a VPN? If so, disable it. On macOS the actual Beta 2 broke the VPN from at least NordVPN and MullvadVPN, maybe even more services.
