I have seen this bug from iOS 8.4 one of those betas. Very annoying for me, and I end up using stock keyboard rather than third party ones.I'm signed up for the Public Beta and was able to get the Beta 2 following the directions others mentioned.
Downloading now. As a Public Beta tester, my pet bug, which I've reported repeatedly to Apple, had been the complete failure of Swiftkey to come up whenever I do anything that equates to a share. Whether I was sharing a link or a photo or, just trying to jump across apps to a message or email, I got no keyboard at all. If I made an email draft, I could open the draft and keep working with Swiftkey, but there was a major bug with third party keyboards; in messages, there was nothing I could do, aside from Copy what I was attempting to share, and pasting it into the message.
Now that Beta 2 is live on my 5S, I am thrilled to discover that this bug appears squashed!
The next apparent third party keyboard bug I'd like to see fixed is getting kicked out of the 3rd party keyboard randomly, reverting back to the iOS keyboard. Time will tell if this update addresses that, which isn't as critical as zero keyboard functionality.
iOS 9.1 also includes Unicode 8, adding support for some long-awaited emoji like the taco, burrito, cheese wedge, middle finger, unicorn head, and more, plus it includes a new "Hey Siri" Settings feature that lets the "Hey Siri" command be customized for an individual user's voice.
Still flipping off people here. View attachment 584790
I'm on 9.1 Public Beta 1. It's still there on the 6 Plus. Removed on beta 2? Probably. Doesn't seem like Apple to include it.
I don't think Apple will remove emoji just like they remove old default wallpapers.I'm on 9.1 Public Beta 1. It's still there on the 6 Plus. Removed on beta 2? Probably. Doesn't seem like Apple to include it.
BTW for all you experiencing lag...I turned ON both Reduce Motion and Reduce Transparency and the difference in performance is extremely noticeable on my 128GB 6+. Extremely. (Some have mentioned that you can turn these back off and keep the performance benefit. For my part, I like that having them ON also means increased battery life.

iOS 9.1 "beta" 2 is in fact developer preview 2. If your new 6s will be registered with developer's account, then you could install dp2. Otherwise - notI get my 6S Plus tomorrow (like so many of us), and I want to flash it to 9.1 Beta 2 before I start setting it up. Will I be able to update to the release version through OTA or will I have to flash it again come November or whenever?
Exactly. But it is not public beta this is a dp version. You're wrong.
Install public beta profile. Then delete it and check for updates. I did this and have beta 2 with dev profile.
My car stereo has issues connecting to audio on the iPhone. The phone part is fine, but the streaming part takes a few tries of connecting and restarting the phone. Same thing with trying to connect with usb. Other people seem to have issues with call routing in the car
Maybe your phone screen is just too small, or you keep Zoom In option on for iPhone 6/6Plus.Anyone else not have this screen? Definitely not on my phone.
