9.3.2 beta 1 fixed Game Center for me, 9.3.2 beta 2 continues providing that fix

It was allowed in the early betas of 9.3, and is very handy at night, where the battery tends to be low, and night shift is the most desired. It's a case of "I used to have it any you took it away, I WANT IT BACK". I am guilty of this too.
