I have had nothing but issues during testing. The worst of problem is right click not working in many apps and the it not responding to mouse clicks. CS is very unreliable. I have followed the updates closely and tried them with clean installs and upgrades. I have reinstalled about 4 times to check it was not just an anomaly. Be careful if you intend to update.

I don't seem to be smart enough to post this in the right place or even delete it.

Issues with Beta or the version that will be released to the public tomorrow?

Does anybody else also find that Microsoft Word 2016 is a little unreliable under El Cap? I've had a spinning beachball quite a few times. It's hard to say if this is an MS or Apple issue, but I recall that all the Office 2016 apps are 32-bit (thanks Microsoft!) and there was an issue in one of the El Cap betas with 32-bit apps simply not running at all.

The first and the only time it happened to me drove me nuts for a few moments before I realised this seems to be a bug. Restarted the entire system instead of just killing Finder ... worked.

This bug has been in OS X since Yosemite and I submitted and provided diagnostic to Apple engineers twice. But these morons can't fix this issue as emoji icons are more important for them and Craig Federighi. It's astonishing how quality check has gone down in OS X since Yosemite.

Why can't Apple seeds beta of 10.11.11 right now to iron out all the bugs. At least it won't happen before that. OS X has become a joke since Yosemite when it comes to stability!

Out of curiosity, are you just running the current version of adobe CC (2015) or have you also tried it with the 2014 or 2013 versions?

Maxing out my gbit ethernet over AFS/NFS over here. Updated working great.

I appreciate the feedback but my concern was specifically about SMB performance when browsing Windows 2012 shares. Hoping for the best here otherwise my workplace is going to become Windows-only.

I feel like all of Office has been unstable with the beachball...I have also noticed there are several times the beach ball will spin but I can click and it goes back to a pointer so I assumed it was a bug. It doesn't seem to crash as frequently as it looks at first.

Office 2011 runs fine with El Capitan 10.11.1 (15B17c)

I lost audio with this release.
No audio units show up under system prefs after this firmware/delta update..

I just did a reinstall of the entire OS. Everything worked. Was on 10.11 last beta - did not do a 10.11.1 beta 1 - went straight to beta 2. Maybe thats why (in my case).
