Apple Seeds Sixth Beta of watchOS 6 to Developers

That’s not really a public beta, it’s just really an expansion of the Developer Beta. Same as the last 2 years.

It ain’t happening this year, and I’m severely doubtful it will be next year.

You are absolutely correct. A public beta is not going to happen for the Watch. I can forget about that, now. Especially since beta 6 of iOS fixed the issue.

Im paying for cellular but not sure if its the beta that has my cellular off because it shows my cellular isn't in use.

There’s no way to downgrade the device, without it going back to Apple. You think Apple would open a public beta whilst that’s the case?
