Apple Seeds Sixth Betas of iOS 13 and iPadOS to Developers

I'm on developer beta 5 (about to update to beta 6) and had no problem getting the Apple Card this morning...
As for me, I'm on beta 5 and cannot yet get Apple Card despite having signed up with my Apple ID email back in March after the event. For anyone curious, it's a server-side rollout that should work on any build of iOS 12.4 or later.

does this happen when just the phone is on the beta? I’ve notice my battery drain on my watch..but I’m on a public beta on my phone.

Yeap. I have my XS Max on the latest public beta and Series 4 watch on WatchOS 5.3. Some folks have told me that the bug is nowhere to be found on WatchOS 6 beta so it’s a problem with iOS 13 and current Watch OS.

I reported both of these issues withe the last build:

- iMessage sounds still happening while I was in that thread.
- Springboard reboots on swiping left to today view

We shall see

Thank god volume is back to 16 intervals!!

My button started acting up from pressing it too many times. I couldn't just hold the button down either because it would jump to the max instantaneously causing earache or temporary hearing loss.

Sometimes I wonder what kinda morons are in charge of iOS development.

My battery drains a bit faster on watchOS 6 beta with iOS 13 beta than it did on watchOS 5 with iOS 12.4 beta, but nothing like what's been reported by folks running watchOS 5 with iOS 13 beta.

I downloaded and started running Public Beta 4 when it came out a week or two ago.

This morning all my playlists and album art disappeared from the iOS music app.

So my phone successfully completed the Beta 6 download, but now it says "iPhone will try to install this update later tonight." The "Install Now" button is greyed out. Battery is fully charged and phone is plugged in. Anyone else seeing this? I've never seen it do this before.

Here’s to hoping they fixed the Apple Watch battery drain issues and the iOS mail app notifications!!!

when do the public betas usually drop relative to the developer betas?

updating ... once in lifetime post....
sorry

Yes. I have experience the same also. Quite a significant drain. Usually get to end of the work day with around 70% on my S4. Now down to just around 45%.

Typically its the next day as long as there are no major bugs found in the dev update. Sometimes its even the same day.

Since you seem to believe you could do much better, why haven’t you applied to that team and helped fix it?

Finally, Apple Watch 4 ecg function works now for Canada. I hope the battery issue is fixed as well, I wasn’t getting a full day and usually get just under 2.

Seems like folder backgrounds are missing.

nevermind - my background image has the exact same color as the folders.

I noticed this too, the folder shading is definitely lighter - or at least more tinted to the background image - compared to the last beta as the folder rounded rectangles are far less prominent.

For me, mail notifications hasn’t worked. I tried the last beta and would get notifications on silent (vibrations), but only for a little bit. I’d have to reboot for it to work again. It’d work for an hour, then stop again. Reboot. Rinse, repeat.
