Prediction: we won’t see the RC until after the October event.
if the November 1 release date is true for all of the products, then the event should happen the week of the 21st, probably October 22.

Maybe Apple will drop 18.1 public on or before the event so they can advertise the new devices as coming with AI features.

Many have complained that the new iPhones don’t come with Apple’s new flagship features. Apple must want to avoid that.
