Phone was never really a winner in terms of the battery life, then new iOS versions and degrading battery.

I think this Liquid Glass was specifically created to make older devices feel slow and fix the big problem of lengthening replacement cycle.

Fingers crossed it addresses the CarPlay bug (some are seeing) that requires users disable Reduce Transparency (Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size) on iPhone (16 Pro here) in order for CP to display properly on vehicle screens. Currently getting all black screens in CP apps when Reduce Transparency is enabled.

A bit hard to tell right now, it’s only been a couple of hours since released, but so far it feels hella faster compared to the beta 5 and no major bugs so far (iPhone 15 Pro)
