"Sort by app" back? I know it used to be there then iOS 10 rolled around. Just wondering if they'll insert it back.

Ok ok, I know, I shouldn't be using Yahoo Mail but I haven't taken the time to migrate away yet. However, it seems like there trying to nudge us now. With 10.3.2 B3 Yahoo Mail in iOS is totally unusable. It immediately prompts for passcode and then won't allow you to add it in e-mail. Not sure what's broken but the actual Yahoo Mail app won't work either. I submitted a bug report but just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

Sure! Anytime I use any of the map apps they don't act right. Google and Apple maps will both show my current position and then starts flickering and displays me being in my actual current location and then bounces me to another location. Waze will show my current location but starts off saying "Seeking GPS. Try going outdoors..." followed immediately by "No GPS. Showing approximate location". Voice guidance on all three cease to work entirely.

I think this is likely a hardware issue. I had the same issue develop with my iPhone 7. After conversations with apple support, and through the Feedback App, they had me install a new profile that allowed them to collect detailed hardware data as I used various map-related services. It was eventually determined that the GPS was not functional. They replaced my on warranty iPhone 7 with a brand new iPhone 7.

Yup, mine has been unusable since the update.

Same here, acts like it updates and syncs, but never does. Luckily the Account Key feature still works though..

So far, SAME! MUCH better battery life! Phew...
Is this anything to do with the modem driver update ?

The reason I ask is because my iPad and iPhone only goes weird when it's online- even with minimum apps. However offline loads of apps open on both devices and everything is fine...

I hope this update improves battery life a bit...

So I am not the only one. I thought I am getting reduced battery life as I changed the charger but guess it's due to iOS update. I am getting about 75% of what I used to get on previous version, I hope it improves in the next update.

Yeh me too

Quick question, have you noticed there's a certain %age where the battery starts to drain quicker?

Also has anyone else had any shutdown issues? I normally get to about 28% then my phone starts going nuts.

Haven't noticed that but the battery drops alarmingly when it's sitting idle. It drops significantly when using FaceTime or any other video call app. Previously a 10 minute video call would not result in too much battery consumption but now it anywhere between 10-25%.

Not getting random shutdowns though, just that it goes from 20 to 1 % very fast. Need to charge it twice a day now whereas previously I used to charge it every morning and it will work till the next.

Do you know if they are fixing the bug with the passcode? There is a number of cases reported that after a recent update iphone was asking for a passcode which either was never set or which was turned off or it does not accept the passcode which was in use before the update.
The only solution to restore the iphone through itunes results in loss of all data which is not the best decision if you did not back up your phone. My case unfortunately.

I'm noticing it's mobile data that drains it the most, wifi is bad enough but mobile data saps the soul from it

I ran a diagnostic test with apple last night who said all battery cells are used up on my iPhone 6s; find it very hard to believe considering it's only a year old.

I seriously think Apple know more about this than they let on, has anyone else ever noticed that when a big update is coming, something starts going wrong with their phones? Always, always always from 4s. Battery service circa $80, that's a lot of extra cash from users.

So fed up paying over the odds for Apple products, they r so far behind in terms of features and the fact a battery has to be replaced after a year is ridiculous.

iPads are about the only thing that last with Apple.
