And even more disappointed given I'm on a 2010 MBP. It's no doubt going to have a whole bunch of held back features.

Don't worry, download iso10, disassemble, disable the badge notification, recompile, and you'll never have the annoyance again.
If there was a way to put a modified iOS 10 version on an iPhone...

There's no way to update to v3 of 9.3.3 via OTA because the original OTA profile pointed to iOS 10. Apple has since pulled that OTA profile from the Developer downloads section. There's currently no way to update OTA. I suspect Apple will re-post a corrected OTA profile later today.
I would not count on it. This has been an issue since the release of iOS10b1. I'm still on 9.3.3b1 and it didn't allow me to go to b2 via OTA, keeps pointing at iOS10b1.

I have a developer support request into Apple on this.. we'll see what they say tomorrow. If we want 9.3.3 B3 then we'll probably have to backup to iTunes, restore using IPSW and then reload from iTunes backup.

Download PB profile. Thats what I did.

Mlrollin91 you win the A+ award today! :)

UPDATE FROM APPLE: They apologized for the confusion but now that iOS 10 has been released to developers the 9.3.3 developer program has ended. So go to http://beta.apple.com and use your developer credentials to join the Apple Beta and download the OTA profile. It will install 9.3.3 Beta 3 via OTA onto your device.

(I just verified this and it works!)

Cheers!

Lol. Let's face it. This was a monumental screw-up by Apple. There will be repercussions.

Anyone looking to consume Open Apple Source is a step closer now. I'll take mine with S'lamb (sung).

That's the only choice I see in the Devs Website.

So basically, 9.3.3 is part of the Public Beta Program only.

I'm testing iOS 10 on my iPad Air, and while it's not polished, it's not bad at all.

I've been having all sorts of battery niggles since 9.3, eg battery suddenly dropping from 40 down to 5%. Hoping this version may offer a fix for this.

Had the same issue on my 6s. Battery life was awful. Phone would just shutoff without warning at 30%. When it turned back on it would jump back to 40%.

" a minor bug fix update. " There must be a h***ll of a lot of bugs in the apple software. Only this year i had 12 bugfixes updates already, both in IOS and OSX. Reminds me of the time i still had windows. But they are done fixing.

There are plenty of bugs in much smaller software, let alone a complex mobile OS.
