Apple Seeds Third Beta of macOS Mojave 10.14.4 to Developers

I have had CPU panics on my Mac Pro sine 10.14.4 betas began, and I am hoping this one solves that. I have tried removing all the background apps I have running, tested hardware, etc., but I get panics from time to time.

I am sure it is macOS beta related, so hope this one solves it...

I tried installing the new 10.14.4 beta this evening over top of the last beta ... installation craps out and an error message is displayed that says "macOS cannot be installed on your computer. An error occurred installing macOS. To use Apple Diagnostics to check your hardware, shut down, press power button, and immediately hold the "D" key until diagnostics begins. Quit the installer to restart your computer and try again."

I ran hardware diagnostics and they said no problems were found. This is on a relatively new 2018 MBP.

Anyone notice that the Dock is now SHOCKINGLY WHITE if "Reduce transparency" is turned on in Accessibility prefs? I typically turn that on but with 10.14.4(b3) I can't stand to look at that ugly dock. Hope they fix this...

Still no Nvidia web drivers so I can't upgrade. This is getting beyond tedious
