No, still present, at least in Messenger - that will probably persist until app developers target the iOS 17 SDK starting in September.

It does it in Safari too. And Messages. I don’t think it’s a SDK issue.

No. For new full releases public beta isn’t released until the new iPhone announcement so likely September.

This is just plain wrong information, public beta is always (at least for the last 5+ years) at the beginning of july for new full releases.

Glad haven't had any battery issues on iOS betas here. Haven't heard of any wide spread issue with that either, so hopefully they resolve what's affecting your device and others like yours though!

Hopefully keyboard issue fixed, where often the keyboard opens in some apps and covers where you would be typing. You can close and reopen and fixes temporarily. Some web pages have the screen brightness dark but then a box around images/icons that is full brightness. Almost like maybe some HDR issue. And some apps some graphics have this purple/magent box almost like if a display was failing. Noticed in Withings for instance. Apple Maps lately isn't able to get directions since can't detect where I am, so open Waze that seems to keep working. Podcast bottom bar shows a sound bar slide instead of progress bar. Overall been happy, so hopefully this beta helps with some of those issues.

I did that, and it wouldn't work. But after about a day it did catch up and I was able to add new widgets. The existing ones never came around.

1st-party widgets are busted on both beta 3 builds. Interestingly, the interactive widgets and 3rd-party ones are mainly working OK. The Home widget has a particular issue that I've been able to resolve by deleting and re-adding it, but I can't fix the problems with the Fitness, Sleep, Mail, Find My, Wallet, and other static widgets. The good news is Apple should fix this in beta 4 (from Feedback below).
