In addition to what other people said here about this, it can be worth the $20-$30 to pick up a couple of third-party watch chargers and put them in your house where you can grab a quick 10-15 minutes of charging a couple times a day. For example, you can put one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen, so when you jump in the shower you get some charge, and if you're cooking / eating / doing the dishes you can grab some more charge – this should keep the watch charged for a virtually infinite time, with pretty low friction in your life...

^^^^^Yeah That^^^^^

We have 3 (bathroom, bedroom, work desk) for this very reason, and then one permanently in my suitcase.

Not particularly happy with the update on my S3.
I can go without most of the new features, and sleep tracking is moderately useful.
What I hate most is the absence of force touch. Sure, design the UI around not having it for future models if you want, but removing the feature where all users are already carrying the hardware?

When I upgraded to the 11 Pro Max, I lamented the removal of the same feature to others, but through conversation I realised no one really used it (though I did a lot). When I mentioned it to a couple of watch users, the comments were along the lines of “how do I clear my notifications?”, “doesn’t that make everything slower?”, etc.. This really feels like a step backwards.

I don't think so there is anything new on s3. I have a beta on my s3 and cant see anything new. So no new faces etc.
They were selling S3 models up until recently, possibly still are. Apple’s obsolescence is happening way too quickly these days.
