I did, that's what I wrote in the original post.

Well the good news is, I requested an answer and they finally acknowledged it as a bug and they say they're working on the issue.

As you can see with the new beta of Xcode, there won't be another beta of iOS 9.

Is the Swift compiler still really slow and unable to do any kind of incremental builds? I add white space or change a comment, and it fully rebuilds.

As far as I know, Xcode has never been in the MAS as a beta version. You'll need to get those from the Developer website.

That's what I thought, but the article says otherwise...
