I have multiple Apple servers that run scripts nightly and all of them send me emails as the "System Administrator." I have many servers, from Linux, Solaris to Windows, and all send me nightly emails of the results of scripts being ran in the cron table. All other servers, I have various users/names used depending on the server sending, so that Outlook receives those mails and sorts them by rules. Unfortunately, since all my Apple servers are sending me emails from "System Administrator," I'm unable to add a rule that separates each incoming mail, by server, since they're all coming from the same "username." Does anyone have an idea, if the sender name can be modified from the generic name, "System Administrator?"

if you're using Outlook, you could filter on the sending IP address as text in the header...
