went on the net to buy my first apple computer today, i wanted to pay via wire transfer rather than credit, so i had to phone. okay, i did, and everything went all right, guy said he'd send me an email with all the details asap. okay, i go to bed, 12 hours later still no email. i had to call to get the info, so then they give me the info and i go to the bank to wire themy money. bank tells me that i'm missing info, this is the same bank the apple account uses. so i call again, and for an hour i'm back and forth between being put on hold until finally guy tells me he knows of no other info. so i go back to the bank, they tell me they've put the money through, they're 100% sure apple received the money, they're not sure whether they know its from me, they tell me to call apple to make sure. they say the money should have went through right away because its the same bank. they also say apple should give better instructions. so I call apple again, some woman picks up and asks me for my order #, i tell her, she can't find it. I tell her its a wire, and she says oh can't help you and hangs the hell up! so i call again, this time another girl picks up, and after 5 minutes gives up and forwards me to apple frickin care. So I hang up, and call again, this time another woman helps me out, sends me to some guy. he looks for my order, can't find it, tells me he'll call me tonight at an exact time to tell me whats going on. NO CALL!
what the hell is this? what am i paying premium for exactly? I can't even get service when I WANT TO GIVE THEM MONEY! i don't know, im pretty pissed off right now, maybe i should just go back to pc. does anyone know any other way i can get competent service? perhaps email is better or something, i don't know. right now no one can find my order number, and im short 3500 bucks. this is absolute ********.
