I work at a Certified Apple repair shop and we are having the hardest time setting up AST. We are running OSX 10.8.4 on a Mac Mini Server. I have a link below to some pics and screenshots of what i get when i network boot a computer to the server. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

AST Images

I'd try downloading the AST images again, sometimes gsx downloads dont always work..happened with a few ASD downloads in the past.

Otherwise make sure the settings in the guide are set-up, NFS is default.

then open up Gateway manager and ensure the Location (name of store), Admin username/password and Tech Username/Password are there

make sure the add url is correct and your sold-to is all verified.

if all else reboot and retry the step by step procedure. usually its a pretty easy to set up utility, might be apples servers too.

got it to work, turns out my network operations office was blocking necessary ports that AST uses . now they want me to tell them which ports i need opened. ran wireshare and i believe its using TCP on port 17, is that right

Hi i did work for a certified apple reseller and I am a certified apple tech but they revoked my GSX when i left and I badly need some ASTs for my new job any one now where I could download them besides GSX I would be very grateful thanks
