I don’t think their ads have been very good lately.

I concur.

Even more revealing is how Apple failed to promote the iPhone Air.

Worse they gave it suboptimal features, pricing it like a fully optimized phone, they insured its failure.

The 17 pro does not have optical zoom.

It has “simulated” optical zoom at 12 megapixel.

I think this is a great ad because it's clever. Also, I'm fanboy and didn't know that it would switch between lenses with a live zoom so you get 4k at both ends, that's awesome. The regular iPhone 17 will not do this. You can zoom live, but it will be digital.

Apple still not uploading these in 4K is beyond me. The video looks compressed to **** on YouTube.
