Can’t wait! I love this show, my third favorite on AppleTV+ after Ted Lasso and Severance.

That's some strong plot armor Molly Cobb has if she's still alive ten years after season 2.
What I was thinking! Probably explained away with “radiation dose wasn’t as high as we thought” or “advances in medicine” of this alternative history. To become this advanced in space, it is true that you kinda need to conquer issues involving radiation. Bit wasn’t she losing her vision? May be blind or close to it.

Some of those graphics and renderings looked…really bad. I loved the first couple of seasons, but I have my doubts going into this season.
Often CGI comes late and no doubt they will be working on it until days before it airs, lol.

" and the space program had remained a priority in the United States." Um. You forgot to talk about the BAD AZZ WOMEN ASTRONAUTS, because that was most definitely part of the show's concept.

Hmm, I loved the concept and I thought season 1 started really strongly. But I struggled to get through the second half of the first season, then gave up completely after a couple of episodes of season 2. Generally I'm a big sci-fi fan but this series just got too bogged down in dull side-plots and boring character development. Convince me I'm wrong!

Now, Foundation and Severance, on the other hand, were both fantastic!
Do yourself a favor and slog through the first half of the second season. The payoff is worth it.

This was quick. My favorite Apple TV show outside of foundation. Can’t wait, I’ll also pick up servant then as well.

I agree. Science fiction can be so deep and immersive in the development of both positive and negative human traits. So far, this has just been a social and scientific “fast forward” because communism was a bit more fiscally tenable - not really focused on any human trait or extreme circumstances that breaks open the mind and allows you to wander around in a completely new universe. I feel it’s quite boring from a sci-go perspective, occasionally interesting from an action perspective, but mostly too slow to stay interested.

Can't convince you, just not your cup-o-tea and that is OK.

I liked getting to know the characters more and had some real impact on what happened in season two. There were "complaints" of it being too much like a TV drama and not enough sci-fi but honestly, it wasn't that much more than his other show the rebooted Battlestar Galactica.

If you struggled to like season one I doubt it'll be worth your time to force yourself to watch season two just to give season three ago. Just let it go and enjoy what you enjoy. :)

I like the premise of this show. It is sort of like saying if there was no competition between Apple and Google with mobile or Apple and Microsoft with computing. In an alternate timeline, we may be looking at DOSrumors using a DOS Web browser.

After watching this trailer several times (I'm hyped), this is my speculation for the season:
So Ed loses the mission command to Danielle and therefore quits NASA to join the private company with the wheel-style spacecraft and the white non-Soviet Mars suites (which are up-cycled from the 1998 movie "Deep Impact" btw). NASA folks are in blue suites and must rescue marooned private & Soviet Mars travellers of which only few survive - the group seen in the teaser. But there's someone in the Soviet group that has open items with NASA and runs sabotage.
Maybe it's like this, or completely different - looking forward to find out!
