Sorry, Apple, but your camera systems still suck compared to, oh, just about every Android phone. Nothing from Apple comes close to my outrageously beautiful and spec-monster Samsung Galaxy.

If only Apple launched innovative new products as often as “shot on iphone” videos the share price might be in a better place.

The behind the scenes video was far more intriguing than the final product.
Often true.

Gotta say, those are some pretty creative people.

Yeah...All 32 of them.
I think that means this is part of the marketing campaign to improve XR sales.

Yeah, this reminds me very much of the 90s, when Windows-running computer owners insisted their computers were better because of their spec sheet. “But mine has more hertz!” was a common battle cry. Now I suppose it’s megapixels for cameras and nits or gamut for screens. Whatevs. My iPhone takes marvelous shots and no foot stamping over specs can change that, nor can it make me envy the overall experience of owning an Android phone.

I will concede that I do sometimes wish my iPhone camera had the ability to go wider angle on selfies like some Android phones can. That’s a good idea. But that’s it, and not close enough to make me switch.

Amazing creativity behind the scenes, but I agree the final output was kind of a yawn.

This is just further experimentation from what led to the fire/water/fog watch faces in Watch OS 5. Vertical orientation is clearly targeting lock screens and wallpapers in iOS 13.

When the iPhone was being washed... That really amazed me!

The final video wasn't as good as the behind the scenes (as someone else already said), but I liked the dripping slime and the flaming ball, those were nice.

It's almost like it's intended to be displayed on a device used predominantly in a portrait orientation.
Yeah, I know but its still awful. VVS is by far the worst thing that the current tech brought to us. (After selfies of course)

Wow, bullet time rig. Is is 1999?
An incredibly overpriced bullet time rig. Could be done with Go Pros or any inexpensive 4k video rig. The new Apple is all about pointless tricks and not actual innovation. The fish rots from the head down.

It's a new video. When YouTube gets a 4k upload, it can take a while before it gets shown at full 4k. Why? IDK. One of my 4k videos was at 480p for nearly a month.
I‘m pretty sure the whole quality clip was made in 1080p and not 4k, because there is loads of slowmo footage in it which is not doable in 4k.
