They never have comments on their videos, and the anonymized internet is a cesspit so good on them.
Happy to hear that these features make it easier for people who need them. Good to see that Apple is adding more accessibility features every year.
For the same reason I have to read all comments before they get posted to channels I take care of. The cesspool is real! All large corporations and even some channels turn off comments altogether. This has been a staple for years with Apple and others where image is everything and you want to control all messaging around your video. It is better than just letting positive comments through only. That looks weird when channels do that and it is obvious they are doing it. Less work and cost too.
They've never allowed them on the main Apple channels.
