Agreed.

From my racial background I find this VERY interesting on a few fronts …

The courage of the featured model having vitiligo and the photographer having the courage to show these features and uniqueness of contrast.

That caught my eye, too. Yvesmark Chery is a big deal in the fashion industry. This video on him captures that a bit...

There is a fault with Watch+MaskDetection+FaceID unlock …. Pull your mask below your nose and it will not work - it confuses Apple’s FaceID mask unlock algo.
The fault is with how you wear your mask. If it’s below your nose it’s absolutely useless.
Either wear it or don’t. Choose one.
The phone is helping you choose.

38 Celsius with 90% humidity is not normal for my city or province and it’s been getting worse every year. I grew up in very warm climate as a child but not with this stagnant non flowing humidity so if my nose sweats, and wearing the mask while I’m 10ft away from anyone else and wish NOT to fog my glasses for 10 seconds or less to unlock phone, access my bank account and move money to my spending prepaid card ….

the hell with your assumptions! Don’t sssume what I’m not or doing properly.
the Watch nor Apple , has specifically define where the mask will be when using Watch to help FaceID unlock.

Take it off then. It’s useless half off/half on. It’s like half wearing a Condom.

You don’t get it.

1. at public transit bus stop. Nobody else around or 10ft away.
2. half on for a quick second for FaceID. Back fully on when bus approaches.
3. much easier than talking off worrying about glasses and AirPod Pro’s fiddling about.

it’s a use case by the moment situation not a frustration with having to wear a mask like you pointed out. Think of it like rolling up your thick sweater/jacket sleeve in the super cold winter to check the time momentarily yet your watch is loose and slides up your arm. Sure you should wear your watch tighter to work in that situation but having sleeves not so tight would be better. The only difference is not buying a TouchID iPhone or returning Apple Watch cause it’s mildly frustrating.
