I really enjoyed the segment when it was shorter and just part of James Corden's show. I know lots of people who do - you only have to look at the Youtube figures for them to see just how popular they were.

But it just hasn't translated to the longer format at all well IMO.

Pretty sure one of those unidentifiable women in the back seat accidentally showed her tit, but it's not even worth watching again to verify.

Why are people worrying about it?

I know Apple has a ton of power over those who don't care for the company's choices and decisions. But it just seems odd that a TV show someone doesn't care for can't simply be ignored.

I think the number of comments on this thread proves that it is being ignored. See the comment about it being better when it was shorter.

Not even the cast of Westworld could get me to watch it.

Like all the shows on +, self-indulgent and overly long. I can’t tell if it’s due to giving too much creative freedom and not having enough commonsense producers at the helm (like Grand Tour), or too many network executive “brilliant ideas” getting thrown in. Carpool karaoke looks to be the latter… lets go to a random viewer’s home and get them to sing… that will give the little people more to relate to. Sheesh.

I know it’s a fine line to walk and nobody’s an expert at it. It’s a case of nobody can tell, least of all those that have been in the business for a long time. Why is it The Witcher just looks more interesting than See?

One hopes the foray into podcasts doesn’t suffer the same overindulgence and overlong fate. Could Apple ruin podcasts? Ha ha (I hope).
