I put in an order for a BTO Powerbook and an iPod on the 16th of October.
I got a notification of shipping on the 28th October.
I rang Apple yesterday and they said I should expect it sometimes next week.
They did admit they have no idea why it has sat around in the Netherlands depot for 4 days
By the time I get the stuff it will be around 12-13 working days for shipping, is this normal?
