At least some of the issues people are experiencing with Apple Music and iCloud Music library have been around since the beginnings of iTunes Match. Those of us that have used it from the beginning know that we've been complaining to Apple since almost day one about issues it has. From incorrect matches to poor playlist syncing support to problems uploading. Apple never really paid attention though. ITunes Match is a paid service that relatively few used, and so, perhaps, got relatively little attention from Apple. But with Apple's decision to incorporate an iTunes match-like component with iCloud Music Library, they are probably regretting that decision now.
