And an optional $2000 power cord for real professionals to ensure that all the power of the outlet has been properly cleansed and provides shielding against current and electromagnetic effects.

For an addtional $1500, there is also a super PRO power cable which has even better protection against EMI and other forms of electrical interferences which might enter into your newly bought Mac Pro.

However with our customer loyality program, we can offer you the $1000 stand and the $3500 professional power cable for the price of only $4000 instead of $4500. This promo only lasts for 2 weeks.

Are people not allowed to make fun of your god, Tim Apple? If it bothers you, ignore the forums. I’ve ignored certain posts that are getting long in the tooth. These jokes are reality in the audio world where people actually pay massive amounts of money for fancy power cables or exotic speaker cables. I just use quality oxygen free copper speaker wire and quality power cables, but there are companies that market speaker cables or power cables that costs $1000+

Back in the early days of HDTVs I remember people would pay hundred of dollars for some brands of HDMI cables. Monster brand I think

I guess it works as a talking piece, but I'm not so sure about its advertising merits when it comes to actual sales

Assuming Tim Apple is my god is a false assumption just like me assuming you are dumb for assuming that is also perhaps a false assumption. Or not.

I don’t care if people make fun of Tim Apple but the premise of ‘ooh all this new stuff is sooooo expensive and poor me can’t afford it so I’ll take the p*ss out of it’ is getting tired. It was tired the day after the announcement. They’ve launched a new machine with various accessories at prices that may or may not be expensive. If you don’t like it, get over it, earn/save more or wait a few years and buy a used one.
