iPhone 12 Pro Apple silicon case already ripped near silent toggle

Go my 12 pro max yesterday and just by putting the case on and off the phone like 3 times it already ripped smh...and I was very careful removing the case

will be returning it to apple ..but still desappinted

They will replace without question, I have had plenty of these and have never seen a tear. They are about as strong as they come. Very strange

I can’t see any rip? I can see a chunk/dig where something has caught the case and it’s then done it’s job of protecting the phone?!

I got the mag safe clear case for my 12 pro max. There’s already stress cracks from removing the case once 🤦‍♂️ Called Apple and they are sending out a new one free of charge.

same. I had the blue on for my XS and the silicon chipped off on the borders, revealing the plastic underneath

Reality is that all cases wear ..... I have previously found the colour wears off the bright leather ones and shows tan leather underneath .... Apple have always replaced if it’s within 12 months old. .... I didn’t like the silicone in the 11PM but I’m very happy with the new 12PM version .... fits well and looks neat.
