I got an iPad air and a smart keyboard folio, but I've been noticing it that from being inside my backpack, there are some scratches being caused by the keys. I can clearly see the keys marked on the screen protector. Does anyone has a similar issue? And how did you solve this?

Thank you

If you have a screen protector on then you are fine, it works as designed, often the protector is softer than the glass screen so scratches will shom. The Smart Keyboard folio have some flex so it can slide sideways in the backpack. Have the iPad in a more rigid or smaller computer pocket in your bag to minimize movement.

Been using the Smart Keyboard Folio for years on my 12.9" and no scratches or markings not easily wiped off with a microfiber cloth.
