After retuning the Slim Book keyboard, I went and bought the Smart Keyboard. Well it's been acting up, and I've only had it for a week. The actual keyboard acts normal then disconnects from the iPad, bring up the message you see in the picture. And its still attached my iPad. I cleaned/wiped both down and still disconnects. Any Suggestions?! My iPad is running 9.3 and the 128GB 12.9 Cellular.

I just got mine recently - I never got that problem at all. I think you are best to return and get another one. when I installed mine on my IPP LTE it updated the firmware. The biggest problem which only occurred once so far is when the keyboard stopped responding. I think it was maybe because the cover shifted off the base when I tried to pry it off and then I didn'tcorrectly replace it back on.

That or some glitch. But I never got that error message. Could be dirty smart connector contacts as well. Return within 14 days, my friend!
