Apple Smart Keyboard Swelling Battery

Just an FYI. I bought the Apple Smart Keyboard for 9.7-inch iPad Pro on Aug 15th. It worked good until today. When I went to use it, is no longer sits flat. Seems like the battery is swelling. I called Apple and they are sending a box for me to return it.

There is no battery in the keyboard, its powered by the iPad. The leaning is just from the weight of the iPad and the hinge, on the 12" it isn't as noticeable, but on the small iPP you see it everywhere. Nothing to be worried about, once you type on it it goes flat.

Mine didn't go flat. It just started this behavior. But you're right, there is no battery. My bad.
