Thanks. I always set more frequent updates in the settings. I agree with Home Screen widgets.
So was mine before it moved to the Sports app. And for those with Apple watches, the smart stack operation is a bit buggy. Hopefully things will improve over time.
So far live activities is not working on my ultra 2. No matter the app I am not getting a notification when a score changes like before. If I take off my watch or if I unlock the iPhone sound notifications work. Is it just me?
Is there a way to change the order of the live activities on the Lock Screen? Or change which game is on Dynamic Island?
On your iPhone, open the Watch app then in Settings > Smart Stack make sure that Live Activities are enabled.
Yes on both the iPhone watch app and on the watch itself. Have always been set.
Same, a few Phillies games in the (brief appearance) of the playoffs, the score updated before my TV. Also the Eagles vs Bengals game just 2 days ago, score would update on the phone 15-20 seconds before TV. My DVR was on "Live TV."
I don't know, I just blame the delay from the networks.🤷🏻♂️
Who the heck is running the NHL portion of Apple Sport live activities? Scores not updating, time remaining continues to run when actual game has stoppage…. And opening the game on the app itself shows the correct score and time, but not inline activities. Until this improves I continue to use Sports Alert.
It's not just for NHL but US football, baseball, college basketball ... For quite some time now when following a live game via Apple Sports on my iPhone Lock Screen the games information stops updating. I go back to the app, restart it, click on live activities, etc ... and the same problem repeats on the Lock Screen (and Apple Watch).
Yep and still happening. Been using Sports Alert which is more consistent
I had to turn off live activities for any game that I am watching live because I was getting haptic notifications of a change in score before they happened while I watched. And it remains that way - my updates are working great when I use them.
Settings / Apps / Sports / Live Activities - as previously said, you may want to make sure that "more frequent updates" is turned on.
