ok... got two $92 checks yesterday. One for the original iPhone SE(the tiny one) and one for iPhone 7. Both originally purchased from Verizon Wireless.

I'm not good with math. how many people are getting these $92 checks? Apple agreed to $500 million settlement. After legal expenses, cost of new yachts for the attorneys, and other monies, how much was left for us? (that number divided by $92.17 should be the number of claimants, right?) :)

Thanks!

jeez, i really left a lot of money on the table. #1 didn't claim all our iphone6 devices and didn't know iphone7 was eligible too. sheesh.

(that number divided by $92.17 should be the number of claimants, right?)

not entirely... if they received multiple claims on each serial number then they divide $92.17 by that number and issue checks in that amount. so the number divided by $92.17 is really the number of devices that were claimed.

by some miracle i actually received a response to my email question to the settlement administrator about the differing check amounts. they confirm that if there were multiple claims on a single SN that each check's amount is the $92 amount divided by the number of claims on that SN. so mystery definitively solved.
