Apple States 'Not All Features Available Through Family Setup?'

Im attaching a photo that lists on the bottom of the Apple Watches that if Family Setup is used, that not all features will be available.

Can anyone tell me what features wouldn't be available?

Looking to get an AW for my teenage kid but was planning on using Family Setup, but now I'm not sure if it'll even be necessary. I don't intend on forcing him to go to school and use 'Schooltime.'

Thank you, I would’ve spent ages trying to find this.

There is so much that would restrict my 15 year old if I do it through Family Setup so will definitely not be setting it up.
