I'm curious about Apple Music Classical. I assume it will require a subscription. But I hope that won't mean that Apple will be removing all of their classical music offerings from the standard Apple Music app. If they do, then I could imagine a future with an Apple Hip-Hop Music app and an Apple Pop Music app and an Apple Jazz Music app....
Apple Polka will be sublime.

On another note. Can someone please help. I have song that I recently added that is called “First aid kit - Palomino. In the first couple of seconds there is like an electric guitar playing and in my headphones it creates sort of a scratchy sound. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be like that because it sounds a bit wrong. Can someone please listen to the song and get back to me?

The onslaught of pigeonholing and genrefication! Run away!!

For many years, Apple has held a four-day Black Friday through Cyber Monday shopping event across the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, and select other countries, offering customers a free Apple gift card worth anywhere from $25 to $200 with the purchase of an eligible new iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, AirPods, or other product.
Does anyone know if Apple Black Friday deals apply to the refurbished store?

I might hold off on getting the 14" if I can stack the refurbished, veteran and Black Friday deal.

I hear the scratching/fuzz as well so it’s probably part of that track (using apple music with airpods max)

What's the point of a dedicated app for classical music? I am already listening to classical music on Apple Music. I can find whatever I want. My music library includes several genres, including classical, and the Music app can play all of them just fine.
What's the idea?

I have to get a Studio Display for my home office -- what are the chances that will get a BF gift card promo? I don't need it immediately, so I guess there's no reason not to wait and see.

Tim Cook failed in his commitment to have the entire mac line up transitioned to M series by the end of 2022.

I hope there isn’t a bonus this year.
There was, in case you didn’t hear, a chip shortage this year. Lots of businesses didn’t meet goals because they couldn’t get the microchips including car makers, audio component makers, consumer appliances, whatever IOT is being called this week, and yes, plain old run of the mill computer companies. I am not terribly happy with Apple right now, but I’m not really happy with any company that depends on microchips and CPU’s and GPU’s. If the chip shortage subsidies and things are still crappy at Apple then you can demand that Tim has to pay Apple next year, but unless you have proof that Apple underperformed based on management and not supply and delivery problems I think you hold off from punishing people who couldn’t control market situations that were affecting everyone world wide.

Ok 3 years. But who cares? It’s just a Mac Pro, an already niche product to begin with. Most people won’t care and don’t affect their lives in the slightest.
Niche? Maybe.

But I wonder how many songs we like, movies we've enjoyed, or images we admire came to be with the help of a Mac Pro.

People don't have to buy the technology to appreciate it and care, just a bit, that Apple keeps developing it.
