It never came close to 8%, ~6.4% was as low as I saw. Check out The Bogglehead's Guide to Investing for anyone interested. It is an older book, but as good as they get.
trust me they will rise within the next 5 day to over 340
Heck, at the rate it's going, we might see $350 before the closing bell.AAPL is already passed $343.
By the day's end it will have nearly, if not surpassed, it's close on Friday, in after hours trading.
So much for the PANIC!!
BTW, it will be hillarious when SJ dies. Bye bye retirement peoples. It'll be a long overdue correction. AAPL is way overbought.
Yeah people look at history. Last time Steve Jobs went away, Apple almost disappeared. Explains the jitters.
good time to buy?
I'll buy AAPL when Steve Jobs actually dies. These fake leaves of absence are killing my portfolio.![]()
Every investor knows that it's unlikely Steve Jobs is coming back. Death is already factored in.
Please don't bite anyone, its whats he craving!!!
Eh... it is probably more accurate to say that it is the perception that Apple is 100% Steve Jobs. Without Jobs Apple probably won't be the same as it was, and in time it will probably show to take on some more typical corporate traits and make some more bad decisions, but I think doom and gloom beyond this is unwarranted. Apple's leadership adheres to a management style which will survive Steve Jobs. You don't understand. This is 100% Steve Jobs company. Every single thing and idea revolves around him. If he wants to develop a mouse that's shaped like Beyonce's ass, he gets a mouse shaped like Beyonce's ass.
When he dies, the company will survive, but the brand name will be tarnished and the products will never be the same. We've never seen a company so dependent on its CEO.
AAPL is a little temperamental but it is the opposite of a bubble.AAPL is in a bubble.
