iPhone Apple Store app doesn’t recognize my device model

Hi,

When surfing the Apple store app to buy a case or any accessory, doesn’t recognize my current iPhone model, not showing specific products, it says something like: at this moment we can’t confirm the compatibility of this device.

Anyone has a solution?

My first gen iPad Pro refurb also showed the same, and although it sounds like a temporary problem it never worked over months.

I had assumed that it was due to being a refurb, but if your two guys' devices are not refurbs, then I don't know what it was.

Mine is refurbished... but previously it wasn’t working either.
