Apple Store App says "Customers Who Primarily Use Their Phones in New York Cannot....

I'm a NY'er and I got this very frustrating message last night while trying to order through the Apple Store App (couldn't get through on the website at all). I got it multiple times, trying both of our lines with multiple phone configurations. Local cousin got the same message. Wonder if it was a glitch or a thing?

Had to go to ATT where I ordered more or less without issue.

Unions bro. Ma Bell is all Union up there. Move to another state, a free state! One without 7 round magazine limits! 😀
