Apple Store app - unable to confirm compatibility...

Anyone know why the Apple Store app is “unable to confirm compatibility...” of my Apple TV 4K? Bought it at Apple store brand new, so not used or refurbished.

Not only shows that but for older devices too. Earlier it showed more than 2 so it’s possible it might be undergoing maintenance.
