I would love it if Tiger was up on the store site before most of the others but, Australia always seems to be the last to get things... but enough of my bitching about iTMS AU.

I tried out the store site and got the following:

Your browser sent a message this server could not understand.

Not really what I would like to see from a Safari -> Apple server... Let's cross our fingers and hope that we do actually get something new on the AU Store and not just scheduled maintenance.

All stores are usually being updated before the US store then all put back up together. It's not that we will get it before them but something is happening. IT'S TUESDAY, remember, it's tuesday.

Go the Powermacs! Glad I'm not the only one waiting for them instead of G5 Powerbooks or iMac HDs - and hopefully preloaded with Tigerrrrrrr :D

Heart says PowerMac, head says iMac and or Tiger - rumor is powermacs will get updated at NAB next week with Production Suite
Don't know - they don't really announce hardware at NAB, just software - eg last year they announced FCP HD, Motion etc and the Powerbook update preceded it by a week or so. Given that we've just had our Powerbook update, it hasn't been too long since the iBook update (and any further updates would be weird as it would make them encroach on Powerbook territory again, so soon after a Powerbook update) - it could be either one of the overdue iMac, eMac or Powermac updates.

Or it could just be Tigerrrrr :)

It really sucks that I have to attend a meeting every Tuesday morning from 8.30a to 9.30a (US Eastern Time). I always seem to miss the big unveiling. Oh well. Tiger, anyone?
