Apple store is down, maybe they are updating the details for ipod touch...or am i just being really hopefull?

I hope they are going to do something for all the people who are being tortured by their new product. I feel bad for all the people stressing over serial numbers. Buying products that are open boxes hoping for the best. It's sad. I lucked out with my pre-order but feel bad for everyone else. They should announce that all people with certain serial numbers are entitled to a new iPod before anyone else.

Probably updates on the new EA Games or much more promotion on the iPhone or something. I doubt much of a new product whatsoever related to iPod touch as the US Store is up.

US store is down for me, go to the store and refresh the page a few times.

I'm rather dissapointed with Apple that my delivered by date has changed from 02 October 2007 to 05 October 2007 but if it arrives without all the screen BS, then I don't mind waiting the extra few days.
